Does anyone else have 5 ugly pounds they would like to shed?

You have to set a time.
OK.  for me it is the end of March
You need to set a goal.
OK.  for me it will be 5 pounds.
You need to have boundaries
OK. for me it is nothing after 7:00 p.m.

You need to keep a jounral
OK.  for me it is a yellow tablet

You need to start now
OK. for me that is....
well I was going to start today, you just can't wait until tomorrow because there will always be an excuse.  Grandma's birthday cake.  Leftovers. And my favorite:  tasting all the desserts at a pot luck so you don't  hurt anyone's feelings.
So, I will start in the morning
weight in
and keep track

Anyone else want to keep pace with a plan?
