This very same version of 'His Eye is on The Sparrow " has been played in the lobby at the Disney World Riverside Resort for several years !      I call that amazing !

WDW - final thoughts

The Usual.  The Unusual.  The Interesting 

Happy to say, more women wearing dresses 

And might as well talk about some of the other women.

Shame on you !

What makes you think you can dress so scantily in this family park ?!
Guys and gals have arms full of tattoos, 

we are getting used to that

but

A top that reveals more body than top

No.  Not nice at all.   

Lots and lots of fun shoes 

It is called pin trading...something like that.  Young and old seem to find it enjoyable.  How many pins does the writer have?    Hmm.

WDW Final day

The Animal Kingdom 

A few highlights

There is so much to see  

And here we are 

The newest attraction is Avatar.  There are two special rides.    One is a river boat ride with music and lots of special features.   Na'vi river journey is the name.    
The other is Avatar Flight of Passage.  You will have to guess what is it like because as the park opened and we just happened to be there,   the wait line was 3 hours.   This is at 9:00 in the morning. 

So, you can guess what ride we took to get these few photos   ( it was dark and the wait line was 5 minutes )   

These fun shoes belong to another family who waited in our line  

Then we head to the African Safari  and on the way are the great street musicians.
      They are loud.   They are fun.    They are good.   

The Safari ride is part of a natural reserve.  You ride in a jeep and the experience is as close to a Safari in Kenya as I will ever get.  

See, they are all for real....and even this upside down tree is real  

Can't get enough of the flowers  

Tastes as good as it looks

All good things must come to an end

While we wait for the shuttle there is a game for kids to play

Always entertaining at Disney  

There is always music.   I love music.   And at the resort there is a jazz theme.  You do not have to listen carefully to pick up on the words....His eye is on the sparrow....Yes !! Right there at the Disney Resort.  And it has been playing, in the lobby and around the resort, for years.   I found the name of the group  and you can listen on you tube.....

I live an exciting life    

WDW Day three

Today it is Epcot


We had breakfast reservations, before the park opens, so there is no one around...

Almost no one 

And it is the flower and garden show, so many more displays   

ok.  we found the restaurant    It is all you can eat family style

and Mickey comes to the table  

Next is the "land" ride 

And many more exhibits....amazing use of water and soil


But outside, is the flower and garden show....come along...

Time to go inside and cool off...

 no pictures..but this show is amazing

 What you need to notice, is,   this is coke and the guy is Mr. Pepsi

International coke flavors...free samples....


But now it is time for a little people watching.
